RSS Feed
RSS - "Really Simple Syndication". What is this? Have a look on wikipedia.
This feed allows users to subscribe to your schedule with things like Google Reader, and other RSS readers. You can also find widgets on facebook and myspace that will display RSS feeds on your pages.
Setup
You must enable the RSS feed.
- Log in to Bill's Gigulator.
- From the menu, go to "Setup" then "My Account Settings"
- Scroll down to "Feeds"
- Enable Rss Feed for "Shows" by clicking the checkbox.
- Name the title of the field. "Howard Jones Shows" or "Pete's Gigs" are good examples.
- Done!

Facebook / Myspace
There are numerous plugin's on facebook/myspace to display rss feeds. Here are some that we've had success with.
- Facebook - "Social RSS" Will put your schedule on it's own tab. There's a bunch of options.
- Facebook - "RSS Online" Makes it easy to put your info on your profile page sidebar.
- Myspace - "RSS Reader" Go to that page and add the app to your myspace profile. Not the prettiest, but it does the job nicely.
